Booking Policy
Available to hockey fans within 20 miles of Acrisure Arena.
All Sales are FINAL.
Our system is designed to not permit locations beyond this radius to be booked for deliveries or appearances—attempting to do so will result in errors during the checkout process.
Due to travel time variables, visits are booked by windows of time. The mascot will be onsite during the time period. As we get closer to the delivery date, our team will do our best to help provide a more specific arrival estimate. Once we have planned our routes and shared our best estimates, we are unable to make any changes.
More arrival updates will be provided via SMS (text message) on delivery day when the mascot is en route. These will be sent to the number provided during the booking process.
