Surprise that special someone with a visit from Stormy Claus! Stormy will be making deliveries around Raleigh and the surrounding area on December 18th and 19th from 10am-4pm. He can visit your home, school, or place of work! Note: if Stormy is delivering to a school, you must notify the school beforehand.
Stormy will arrive during your designated time window; times cannot be chosen and will be sent to you roughly 24 hours beforehand.
Stormy's route is made to best accommodate all deliveries.
You will receive an Arrival Alert via text when Stormy is on his way to your specific delivery. Pending traffic, times may alter slightly on delivery day.

Limited to a 30-mile radius from Lenovo Center (maps is an estimate, please enter your address to confirm at checkout).
Our system is designed to not permit locations beyond this radius to be booked for deliveries or appearances - attempting to do so will result in errors during checkout process.
More arrival updates will be provided via SMS (text message) on delivery day when mascot is en route. These will be sent to the number provided during the booking process.

Local Visit Policy
- If the mascot & crew stop by the location and the fan at the designated location, they reserve the right to attempt another visit only at their discretion and subject to schedule during that day. It is not guaranteed.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to communicate any changes in location at least 48 hours before the appearance.
- The responsibility of notifying the intended recipient of the visit or experience falls on the purchaser not the mascot, MascotLink Bookings, nor other partners. Especially since this may or may not be a surprise for the intended recipient.
- Deliveries are non-refundable unless the experience is canceled or rescheduled due to league or local government policies.
