• All appearance requests must be made a minimum of seven (7) business days in advance.
• Payment must be received a minimum of two (2) business days in advance.

• Upon request, the Mascot Coordinator will review and MascotLink will contact the requestor to confirm or deny the appearance.
• A completed form does not guarantee a Stormy appearance.
• Stormy will not participate an event that may cause bodily harm or injury to the performer.
• Each appearance is a max length of 30 minutes in costume. If Stormy is in a situation where he stays longer due to lack of time management on the requestor, an added fee will be assessed and collected after the appearance.
• The requestor must provide a cell phone number for the “Day-Of Contact” in the request form. A landline will not work.
• Clients must pay an additional fee for appearance requests greater than a 25-mile radius from PNC Arena.
• Clients must pay an additional fee for appearance requests scheduled after 8pm.
• Appearance fees are non-negotiable.

• The day-of contact will receive an arrival alert (SMS) when Stormy is on the way.
• Upon arrival, the Mascot Coordinator will call to confirm arrival.
• If the contact doesn’t answer on the first call, they will receive a text message immediately after.
• If the contact doesn’t answer the text message, they will receive a second phone call ten minutes later.
• If the contact doesn’t answer the second call or respond within 5 minutes of the second call, the appearance will not be completed, and a refund will not be given.
• The day-of contact must meet Stormy and escort him to the appearance.
• The Carolina Hurricanes have permission to take photographs and video of Stormy’s appearance at your event, without limitation, of any attendees and use such photographs and/or videos for promotional, archival and other business purposes.

• The Carolina Hurricanes may reschedule or cancel an appearance for any reason, including force majeure events, changes in the game schedule, team mandated events and unsafe or inclement weather. If an appearance is canceled by the Carolina Hurricanes, a full refund will be given; a refund will not be given in the event that inclement weather or unavoidable incidents results in the shortening or cancellation of an appearance that Stormy is in the process of arriving to or has begun the performance.
• Cancellations made by the requestor five (5) business days prior results in a full refund.
• Cancellations made by the requestor five (5) to two (2) business days prior results in a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made by the requestor less than two (2) business days prior results in no refund.
• The performer reserves the right to leave from any appearance they deem unsafe, harmful or uncomfortable with no refund.

• The responsibility of notifying the intended recipient of the visit or experience falls on the purchaser not the mascot, MascotLink Bookings, nor other partners. Especially since this may or may not be a surprise for the intended recipient.
• Deliveries and seat visits are non-refundable unless the experience is canceled or rescheduled due to league or local government policies.
