General Information
- Valentine’s Day deliveries are first come, first served, and are scheduled around Biscuit’s regular home season schedule. Local DFW orders only, and you must accept delivery any time in the stated windows.
- For school deliveries - Parents, please notify your child’s principal or school 24 hours prior to delivery*
- For work deliveries - Some companies may require our delivery service to remain in the main lobby upon arrival. Please provide the department’s name, floor, and office suite, if applicable, to ensure proper notification by their receptionist
- For home deliveries - Please make sure to provide apartment number, building number, if there’s a special gate code upon arrival or will the client meet us at the location
