In-Seat Visit Policy
You must be a ticketed guest. Need tickets? See [Boston Bruins Tickets | 2026-2027 NHL Tickets & Schedule]
Book a visit for an upcoming home game up to 30 days in advance. Don't see the game you're looking for? Check back closer to the date.
We will provide an SMS update (approx. 5-minute head's up) when the mascot and crew are en route to your seats.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to communicate any updates to seat locations on game day. Due to the many in-game responsibilities of the mascot & crew, we cannot return to or revisit your seats if you are not present during our attempted visit. Must notify at least 24 hours in advance.
Seat visits are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the experience is canceled by the team, or as a result of league or local government policies.
