Game Day Experience Timeline
- 40 Minutes before Puck Drop, meet the Bug Keeper on the concourse outside the Jersey store by Section 118. (6:20pm for a 7:00pm Game)
- Watch Warmups against the glass on the away team side.
- Experience the pre-game show from ice level and accompany ThunderBug and the Bug Keeper during all of their shenanigans for the entirety of the 1st Period.
- End your experience on the Ice during the 1st Intermission before enjoying the 2nd & 3rd Period from your seats!

Please note when submitting for the Bug Keeper Experience:
Purchasing this experience does not include a ticket to the game. You must be a ticketed fan in attendance at the game selected for the Bug Keeper Experience.
- (YOUTH) Jr. Bug Keeper Note: One adult must accompany one Jr. Bug Keeper. We can accommodate up to 3 Jr. Bug Keepers and 3 Adult chaperones.
- (ADULT) Honorary Bug Keeper Note: We can accommodate up to 4 Honorary Bug Keepers each game.
- This is exclusive to a single party each game. You will not be splitting this experience with any other person or group.

Experience Policy
- Purchasing a mascot in-game visit does not include a ticket or access to the game itself. This is intended to be an add-on experience for ticketed fans.
- The Bug Keeper Experience must be a ticketed fan in attendance at the game selected.

Fans must be in their seats during the first intermission. The Blue Crew will meet fans at their seats and escort participant to the Bug Keeper Experience staging area.
- Refunds will be given if a Post-Season Game is not played
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to communicate any updates to seat locations before game day.
- Gifts and experiences are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to league or local government policies.
