Booking Policy
- Valentine's Deliveries are available to fans within 45 miles of the Maverick's Corporate Office, located in Downtown Dallas.
- Our system is designed to not permit locations beyond this radius to be booked for deliveries or appearances - attempting to do so will result in errors during checkout process.
- Visits are booked by windows of time. The mascot will be onsite during the time period. We cannot accept requests for specific arrival times.
- Within 24 HRs of the delivery date, our team will provide a more specific arrival estimate.
- More arrival updates will be provided via SMS (text message) on delivery day when mascot is en route. These will be sent to the number provided during the booking process.
