In-Seat Visit Policy
- 📲 Book a visit by home game up to 30 days in advance. Don't see the game you're looking for? Check back closer to the date or contact us via hello@mascot-link.com
- 🚨 You must be a ticketed attendee at the game selected for a mascot visit. Need tickets? See Stars' schedule
- Purchasing a mascot in-game visit does not include a ticket or access to the game itself. This is intended to be an add-on experience for ticketed fans
- We will provide an SMS update and approx. 5 minute head's up when Victor E. Green & crew are headed to your seats.
- Due to the many in-game responsibilities of the Victor E. Green and crew, we cannot return or revisit your seats in you are not in them during our attempted visit.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to communicate any updates to seat locations on game day.
- Victor E. Green loves taking pictures with fans, but please be considerate of those around you and the game action ahead of doing so!
