In-Seat Visit Policy
- We will provide an SMS (text message) update with approx. 5 minutes notice when Dusty & crew are en route to your seats. This will be sent to the CELL NUMBER shared in the booking process.
- If the person is not at requested location during our visit Dusty can not wait or guarantee the ability to return later.
- Dusty can not make intermission visits as they are preparing for t-shirt toss and the next period.
- If the fan has moved or relocated, you can share that information with Dusty's Crew Control, but we may not be able to visit the new location
- Due to game action we are unable to guarantee or accurately predict when visits may occur.
