In-Seat Visit Policy
- We will provide an SMS (text message) update with approx. 5-10 minutes notice when HOOPER & crew are en route to your seats. This will be sent to the phone number shared in the booking process.
- If the person is not at requested location during our visit HOOPER can not wait or guarantee the ability to return later.
- Due to game action we are unable to guarantee or accurately predict when visits may occur. Most games we visit in the first half. HOOPER almost never makes visits in the 4th quarter.
