MavsMan or Champ will make a special visit to your seat or suite with a Mavs goodie bag, single rose, and souvenir photo. Limited visits are available per home game.
How Seat Visits Work
- Purchasing a mascot seat visit does not include a ticket or access to the game itself. This is intended to be an add-on experience for ticketed fans. See Dallas Mavericks' schedule.
- The mascot cannot promise or guarantee a seat visit during a specific time of the game.
- A SMS (text message) update and approx. five minute arrival notice will be sent when the mascot is headed to your seats. Standard messaging rates apply. Sent to the number captured during the booking process.

In-Seat Visit Policy
- If the mascot & crew stop by the seat location and the fan is not in their seats, they reserve the right to attempt another seat visit only at their discretion and subject to schedule during that game. It is not guaranteed.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to communicate any updates to seat locations on game day.
- MavsMan & Champ love taking pictures with fans, but please be considerate of those around you and the game action ahead of doing so.
- Seats visits are nonrefundable unless the game is cancelled or reschedule.
