Moondog Pre-Game Tour
Get a unique look at the backstage workings of a Cavalier game with this VIP Tour. We welcome up to four people in your group.
Note: Timing is critical for this experience and we can start late (the show must go on!) You will meet with 30 mins on the countdown game clock.
Tour is hosted by our talented Mascot Handers and Animal Control.
Experience includes:
- Mascot Swag Bag (drawstring bag, Mascot T-Shirt, Rally Towel and more) for each guest
- Take a photo at the Game Night Marquee Board
- See the game presentation staging areas
- Interesting details about the Cavaliers Award-Winning show
- Walk through the visitors tunnel to the court
- Get a Center Court photo with Moondog

This quick tour is about 10 minutes and starts immediately with 30 mins left on the pre-game clock. Due to the exact timing and nature of the live event, we can not start late. No refunds are available if your entire group is not available at the designated time and location.
A special treat for Cavs fans of all ages to celebrate any occasion or simply a great night at the Rocket Arena.

Experience Policy
- We will provide an SMS (text message) update with approx.10 minutes notice when to meet at the assigned location. This will be sent to the phone number shared in the booking process.
- Shirt sizes are not guaranteed, inventory permitting.
- No more than four guests are allowed on this experience. Guests must remain with our assigned team members.
- If the person is not at requested location during our visit Moondog can not wait or push back the experience.
- Animal Control (Moondog's handler) will takes photos during the experience. These photos are free and available for downloading at moondogphotos.com. Photos are organized by event name. Photos are typically uploaded within 24 hours.
- Due to the time it takes for people to prepare their camera and for quality control we strongly prefer that Animal Control take the photos with our camera. We check photos for quality, we are generally ready to shoot, and this allows for everyone to be in the photos.
- Due to the risk of breaking cameras and to speed the photograph process, Animal Control is not allowed to take photos with guest cameras.
