Booking Policy
- Limited mascot visits available to NJ-based locations within 30 miles of the Prudential Center.
- Our system is designed to not permit locations beyond this radius to be booked for deliveries or appearances - attempting to do so will result in errors during checkout process.
- Due to travel time variables, visits are booked by windows of time. The mascot will be onsite during the time period. As we get closer to the delivery date, our team will do our best to help provide a more specific arrival estimate.
- More arrival updates will be provided via SMS (text message) on delivery day when mascot is en route. These will be sent to the number provided during the booking process.
