In-Seat Visit Policy
- We will provide an SMS (text message) update with approx. 5-10 minutes notice when Pozzie is en route to your seats. This will be sent to the phone number shared in the booking process.
- If the person is not at requested location during our visit Pozzie can not wait or guarantee the ability to return later.
- If the fan has moved or relocated, you can share that information with Pozzie's Handler, but we may not be able to visit the new location
- Due to game action we are unable to guarantee or accurately predict when visits may occur.
