Experience Policy
- Purchasing a mascot in-game visit does not include a ticket or access to the game itself. This is intended to be an add-on experience for ticketed fans.
- The Drum Leader must be a ticketed fan in attendance at the game selected.
- Fans must be in their seats during the first intermission. The Blue Crew will meet fans at their seats and escort participant to the Drum Leader staging area.
- ThunderBug's in-game experiences are available to be booked up to puck drop or until sold out.
- Refunds will be given if a Post-Season Game is not played
- Due to the many in-game responsibilities of the mascot & crew, we cannot return or revisit your seats if you are not in them during our attempted visit.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to communicate any updates to seat locations before game day.
- ThunderBug and Blue Crew love taking pictures with fans, but please be considerate of those around you and the game action ahead of doing so!
- Gifts and experiences are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to league or local government policies.
