Surprise your loved one with the thrill of a SantaBug delivery this Christmas season!

ThunderBug is making local deliveries on December 10th and 11th, bringing Holiday goodies and gifts to Bolts fans. He visits schools, offices, homes, and any types of establishments in which Lightning fans can be found! 

ThunderBug will arrive anytime during your designated time window; his route is made to best accommodate all deliveries.  You will receive an Arrival Alert via text when ThunderBug is on his way to your specific delivery. 

Holiday deliveries include:

  • Exclusive ThunderBug t-shirt, ThunderBug socks, an adorable ThunderBug tree ornament,  and a variety of Lightning and TBug swag
  • Limited to 30-mile radius from AMALIE Arena (maps is an estimate, please enter your address to confirm at checkout) 

Booking Policy 

Available to fans within 30 miles of AMALIE Arena

Our system is designed to not permit locations beyond this radius to be booked for deliveries or appearances - attempting to do so will result in errors during checkout process. 

Due to travel time variables, visits are booked by windows of time. The mascot will be onsite during the time period. As we get closer to the delivery date, our team will do our best to help provide a more specific arrival estimate.

More arrival updates will be provided via SMS (text message) on delivery day when mascot is en route.  These will be sent to the number provided during the booking process.

Local Visit Policy 

  • If the mascot & crew stop at the location and the fan is not at the designated location they reserve the right to attempt a return visit only at their discretion and subject to schedule during that day. It is not guaranteed.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to communicate any changes in location at least 48 hours before the appearance.
  • The responsibility of notifying the intended recipient of the visit or experience falls on the purchaser not the mascot, MascotLink Bookings, nor other partners. Especially since this may or may not be a surprise for the intended recipient.
  • Deliveries are non-refundable unless the experience is canceled or rescheduled due to league or local government policies.
